Cookie Policy
An overview of cookies and browser storage used when visiting CPAcloud9.
Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small pieces of data a website can store in your browser. The CPAcloud9 site also uses browser storage, which is separate from cookies, to support sign-in and remember whether you chose to stay signed in. Temporary sign-in information may be kept in session storage during authentication.
Some portal interface preferences, such as the sidebar's open or closed state, may be remembered with a cookie. These essential mechanisms support site functionality. The public website and portal sign-up page also use the optional analytics and advertising cookies described below.
Analytics and advertising cookies
CPAcloud9.com uses Google Analytics (_ga cookies), Google Ads (_gcl cookies), the Meta Pixel (_fbp/_fbc cookies) and Microsoft Advertising (_uetsid/_uetvid cookies, when enabled) to understand website visits and measure calls, messages, bookings, contact requests and sign-ups. These tools may collect pages visited, links clicked, device and browser type, approximate location and advertising identifiers. We do not send form contents, tax documents or other submitted personal details to these tools. Tracking is limited to the public website and the portal sign-up page, never private portal pages.
You can turn off analytics and advertising cookies through Privacy choices in the website footer or on the sign-up page. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings, Google (adssettings.google.com) and Meta ad preferences. Essential sign-in cookies are unaffected by this choice. Questions can be sent to info@CPAcloud9.com.
External services
If you follow a link to an external service, such as a payment provider or government website, that service may use its own cookies and browser storage. Its policy explains its practices.
Your choices
You can manage or remove cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking or clearing them may affect sign-in and saved preferences. If you are signed in, use the site's sign-out option when finished on a shared device.
